Pacific Flag Football LLC (PFF) is a recreational 7-on-7 adult flag football league designed to provide a safe, inclusive, and competitive environment for individuals who identify as she/they. The league prioritizes sportsmanship, community, and fun while maintaining structured and fair gameplay. Every individual (player, officials, staff, volunteers, and spectators) is expected to contribute to a positive community built on respect, sportsmanship, and fair play.
Participation in Pacific Flag Football LLC is a privilege, not a right. By participating in PFF Activities, all individuals agree to uphold the standards outlined in this Code of Conduct.
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate ejection and potential ban from PFF Activities.
Expectations
- Treat players, officials, staff, volunteers, and spectators with respect at all times
- Demonstrate good sportsmanship regardless of the outcome of a game
- Know, understand, and comply with all rules, policies, and official decisions
- Play with integrity and compete honestly and fairly
- Help foster a welcoming and inclusive environment free from discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or bullying
- Raise questions or concerns respectfully. Whenever possible, concerns should be addressed after the game through a team captain or League official so as not to disrupt play. Matters involving player safety or immediate concerns should be reported to a League official as soon as possible
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Verbal abuse, harassment, discriminatory language, profanity directed toward others, or threatening behavior toward others
- Physical aggression, fighting, unwanted physical contact, or attempts to intimidate another individual
- Repeated unsportsmanlike conduct, including but not limited to excessive arguing, taunting, disrespect toward officials, or repeated violations of rules and policies
- Intentional actions that jeopardize the safety or well-being of another participant
- Use or being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs before or during any League activity. Pacific Flag Football LLC maintains a zero tolerance alcohol & drug policy
- Damage to League property, facility property, or another participant’s personal property
- Any conduct that reflects negatively on the League or interferes with the safe and orderly operation of League activities
Pacific Flag Football LLC reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this policy at any time. Participants will be notified of any material changes through the League’s official communication channels. Continued participation in Pacific Flag Football LLC Activities constitutes acceptance of any revised policy and/or waivers.
