Pacific Flag Football is a recreational 7-on-7 adult flag football league designed to provide a safe, inclusive, and competitive environment for players who identify as she/they. The league prioritizes sportsmanship, community, and fun while maintaining structured and fair gameplay.

Team & Roster Requirements

Roster Requirements

Roster size: minimum 12, maximum 16 players
Captains registering a team are confirming they can field 12 players minimum
League capped at 12 teams maximum
Divisions are based on total registrations
