Last updated: [DATE] – She/They Flag Football League, Fall 2026 Season

1. Eligibility

Pacific Flag Football’s She/They League is open to players 21 years of age or older as of the first scheduled game of the season. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Registration Roles

Team Captains register a new team, subject to a league-wide cap of 12 teams. A captain confirms they intend to field a full roster (minimum 12 players) by the season start. Players join an existing registered team that has not yet reached its roster maximum of 17 players. All registrants, including captains, pay the individual player registration fee shown on the homepage at the time of registration.

3. Registration Fees and Pricing Tiers

Registration fees increase over three pricing windows – Early Bird, Regular, and Late – as published on the homepage. The price charged is determined by the date payment is completed, not the date the registration form is started.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Pacific Flag Football does not store credit card numbers. Registration is not confirmed, and a roster spot is not held, until payment is successfully completed.

5. Team Capacity and Waitlists

The league is capped at 12 teams. Once 12 teams have registered, new team registration will close for the season. If a team reaches its roster maximum of 17 players, further player registrations for that team will close.

6. Refunds

Registration fees are non-refundable. See the full Refund Policy.

7. Waiver and Assumption of Risk

All registrants must read and electronically sign the Liability Waiver, Assumption of Risk and Release as part of registration. Registration cannot be completed without agreeing to the waiver.

8. Code of Conduct

Players, captains, and spectators are expected to treat opponents, teammates, referees, staff, and the venue with respect. Pacific Flag Football may remove any individual from the league without refund for conduct it determines, in its sole discretion, to be unsafe, unsportsmanlike, or otherwise inappropriate.

9. Schedule Changes and Cancellations

Pacific Flag Football reserves the right to modify the game schedule, format, or venue due to circumstances including weather, facility availability, or insufficient registration, and will communicate changes to registered participants by email.

10. Communications

By registering, you consent to receive season-related communications by email. If you opt in during registration, you may also receive marketing communications about future seasons and programs, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pacific Flag Football’s total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your participation in the league is limited to the amount you paid in registration fees. See the Liability Waiver for the full release of liability applicable to physical participation in league activities.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

13. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
